About Beaver Contracting
At Beaver Contracting, we are committed to delivering high-quality commercial renovation and plumbing services with integrity and excellence. Founded in 2017, our company was built on the belief that businesses and property owners deserve a contractor who values transparency, reliability, and superior craftsmanship.
With over 15 years of experience in construction and remodeling, our team provides expert solutions tailored to your project’s needs—whether it’s commercial renovations, plumbing installations, or large-scale contracting.
That same experience is why we also serve owners in an advisory role. Beyond building, Beaver Contracting provides construction project management, quality control and site oversight, consulting, and owner's representative services. We help owners plan projects before major commitments are made, coordinate contractors and schedules, review scopes and estimates, monitor quality, and keep everyone aligned on scope, budget, and responsibilities from planning through completion.
As a woman-owned and minority-owned business, we bring diverse expertise to every project and are currently pursuing our 8(a) certification to expand our ability to serve government and private-sector clients. We also recently obtained our H.U.B. certification.
