We worked with management and a managing contractor to complete all renovations during normal working hours in an active airport environment. We successfully navigated the security and badging process and worked within security parameters. Roughed in and installed one kitchenette and two employee bathrooms. During the renovation it was discovered that the sewer system serving the building was backflowing and needed a complete replacement. Beaver Contracting LLC was able to investigate the issue and successfully undertake the cutting of concrete, excavation and replacement of the sewer line safely and effectively during normal business hours with minimal interruptions to day to day activity.

We worked with a managing contractor to do all work within an active warehouse. We deleted plumbing below ground and in walls and successfully removed a two-ton water heater from overhead with a fork lift.

We worked with management to renovate all 4 bathrooms including 2 employee locker rooms. Successfully completed the project ahead of schedule and on budget.
